Thermal Spraying Cobalt Coated Tungsten Carbide Composite Powder Cobalt coated tungsten carbide composite powder is well-disturbed spherical powde, which is dark grey. Production method: Reunion sintering. Characterist: Use cobalt base coating powder of high hardness by reunion sintering technology. It coat tungsten carbide as protective surface and bonding metallic layer, which own good property of wear resistance of particle abrasion and oxidation under high temperature. Operation: use oxyacetylene torch, supersonic flame and plasma spraying. Particle size: -60mesh~+150mesh(plasma spraying), -150mesh~+280mesh(two step method), -325mesh(one step method) Melting Point: 1200℃ Coating working temperature: 600℃ Coating working hardness: HRC=65~70 Bonding between cobalt and tungsten carbide is tight. It is well-disturbed, easy to control its physical-chemical property and reduce carbon lossing and form strongly bonding and wear resistance layer.
