Description

Nickel powder widely used in special electrode , surface spraying, powder metallurgy parts.because the atomized powder has the characteristics of high loose density, irregular shape, so it is mainly used in the high proportion alloy, diamond drilling tools, surface coating. Improves graphite formation,reducing the chilling tendency and improving the solidified structure of iron and its mechanical properties; Strong recession-resistant capability, prevent inoculation and nodulizing recession; Improve the homogeneity of fracture surface, reduce shrinking tendency; Stable chemical composition, homogeneous particle size, similar in composition and quality; Low melting point (near 1300℃), easy to be melt in inoculation processing, little scum.
