Description

Welding layers with different hardness have low melting point, good self-fluxing, and good comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance. The machining performance is very good. This product is specially developed by our company for repairing castings. It has unique spray welding characteristics and machining performance. The heat affected zone of the castings after fusion is very small. It is suitable for oxygen-acetylene flame spray welding process, mainly used in foundry industry and machine tool manufacturing industry to repair casting defects, such as engine cylinders, machine tool guide rails, shafts, etc.
