i want make n thing from a long hollow bar ?should i join two bar by welding or bend one single bar in angle?please reply considering strength,stress

it is always better to have one piece, so bending is better. You have to check if the bending radius is possible for the material and geometry of your tube. In a welded part, you will always have the possibility of stress concentration, degraded material properties due to temperature and other practical problems.
