Contact point of welding torch and mold: The smaller the contact area between the welding torch and the replenishment material, the better the pressing, the greater the current density that passes instantly (the more concentrated the current), the greater the heat of the solder joint, and the greater the degree of bonding of the replenishment material Great. The power data shown in the replenishment shell is the power requirement when the φ5mm standard welding gun and the rod are in contact with the planar replenishment material. The larger the contact area of the welding head of the same power is, the current is dispersed, and the effect of the repair is not ideal. On the contrary, the contact area is too small.
