1. The influence of powder performance

Powders with large rigidity, small plastics, and high friction have poor compaction performance, which can be appropriately improved by adding lubricants or forming agents: when the purity of the powder is low and the oxygen content is high, the compaction performance is poor, which can be overcome by reducing the raw material powder; The compaction performance of a single fine or coarse-grained powder and a regular-shaped powder is not ideal. The compaction performance can be improved by using mixed-size powders and powders with complex particle shapes.

 

2. The influence of the suppression process

The smoother the surface of the forming mold, the higher the hardness, and the greater the rigidity, the more conducive to the increase and uniformity of the density of the bad body; the density of the green body using two-way pressing is higher and more uniform than that of the one-way pressing; the lower the pressing speed, The longer the holding time is, the better the density of the green body is, which is especially important for abrasive tools with large specifications or complex shapes.

 

3. With high hardness and brittleness, collision with abrasive tools should be avoided during installation and use, and it is forbidden to hit cemented carbide drawing die

 

4. The edges of the cemented carbide die for punching and its sharpness should be carefully installed and used to avoid touching the edges of the die and causing dangerous accidents
