Sintering under the condition of negative pressure in the furnace is called vacuum sintering. There are batch vacuum sintering and continuous vacuum sintering. Continuous vacuum sintering is rarely used because the furnace is more complicated, the vacuum is not guaranteed, there is no way to pass gas, and the sintering process curve is difficult to adjust. Intermittent vacuum sintering has a special vacuum sintering furnace with matching dewaxing furnace; there is also a dewaxing sintered body furnace. At present, the mainstream vacuum sintering is an integrated furnace in which dewaxing and vacuum sintering are completed at one time in the same furnace.
Safe operation

To open the furnace, firstly carry out the low-pressure leak detection and vacuum leak detection process. The next step can be started only after the leak is qualified. If it is hydrogen positive pressure degumming, the nitrogen gas must be introduced before the hydrogen gas is introduced. After the vacuum sintering is completed, high-pressure argon gas is introduced for pressure sintering. After the set time of heat preservation and pressure retention is completed, the furnace entering the cooling stage is naturally cooled, and as the furnace temperature drops, the pressure also drops. When the furnace temperature drops to 1000-800, the two heat preservation doors are opened and fast cooling enters. When the furnace temperature drops to the furnace temperature, the furnace will automatically vent gas below 0.02MPa.
