1: Spray drying of raw materials: The preparation of the mixture is protected by high-purity nitrogen under a fully closed loop mirror, which effectively reduces the possibility of oxygenation of the mixture during the preparation process, and can effectively ensure the purity of the material and prevent the material from becoming dirty.

 

2: CIP (Cold Isostatic Pressing): Using 3000Mpa isostatic pressing machine, effectively prevent pressing defects, and provide a good guarantee for pressing uniform density blanks.

 

3: SP low pressure firing strength: the maximum sintering pressure can reach 100 kg, so that the internal voids of the alloy body can be effectively eliminated, so as to obtain a high-hardness, high-strength cemented carbide die tools with good densification. The advanced temperature control system can effectively reduce the possibility of quality fluctuations in cemented carbide die tools.

 

4: Cryogenic treatment: effectively improve the microstructure of the cemented carbide die tools, and effectively eliminate the internal stress of the cemented carbide die tools.

 

5: Analysis and testing: The guo family-level testing center can carry out complete various performance tests and the use of ultrasonic flaw detection methods to ensure the stable quality of cemented carbide die tools.

1. No die tools-fried: using raw tungsten powder with a purity of more than 99.95% as the main raw material, the impurity content is extremely low, and the die tools is not fried;

3. Lower processing cost: It adopts imported press to form and sinters in an overpressure sintering furnace. The product has a round hole pattern, small tolerance margin of the outline dimension, and lower processing cost.
