Cemented carbide has high hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is known as "industrial teeth". It is used to manufacture cutting tools, knives, cobalt tools and wear-resistant parts, and is widely used in military, aerospace and aviation , Mechanical processing, metallurgy, oil drilling, mining tools, electronic communications, construction and other fields, with the development of downstream industries, the market demand for cemented carbide continues to increase. And in the future, the manufacturing of high-tech weapons and equipment, the advancement of cutting-edge science and technology, and the rapid development of nuclear energy will greatly increase the demand for cemented carbide products with high technological content and high-quality stability.

Carbide jet nozzle

The manufacturing process of cemented carbide jet nozzles is much more complicated than that of metal jet nozzles, and the cost is relatively high, but the service life is longer, and the service life is longer than that of metal jet nozzles under the same conditions of use. Cemented carbide materials have high strength and toughness, good thermal conductivity, and their hardness and heat resistance are higher than metal materials; the erosion wear rate of cemented carbide jet nozzles is much lower than that of metal jet nozzles, and its erosion resistance is highmetal jet nozzle. However, cemented carbide has high hardness, low toughness, and poor processing technology, so it is not suitable for making jet nozzles with complex structures. In practical applications, the hardness alloy is usually made into a ring or block and embedded in some severely worn parts of the jet nozzle. A small part is used for casting. For example, the Y-type jet nozzles used in the United States, Canada and other countries and the multi-stage jet nozzles in my country are inlaid with cemented carbide in the vulnerable parts of the jet nozzle. The most commonly used fan jet nozzles and cone jet nozzles use stainless steel jet nozzle bodies inlaid with tungsten carbide jet nozzles.

Generally, in the case of high liquid pressure, cemented carbide is used to resist the wear of the jet nozzle by high pressure, so as to improve the service life of the jet nozzle and the best effect of the industrial effect. This type of fan-shaped cleaning jet nozzle is mainly used. In the case of super corrosion or wear in the environmental protection industry, suitable alloys (C276) are used to maintain the normal operation of the industry. The former belongs to machining manufacturing, and the latter belongs to mold production. One has high requirements on the production process, and the other has higher requirements on the accuracy of the material.
