Chemical deburring.

This deburring method is widely used in the fields of pneumatic, hydraulic, construction machinery and so on.

High temperature deburring.

First, the parts that need to be deburred are put in a tight sealed room, and then the whole is sent into the hydrogen and oxygen mixed gas with a certain pressure, and the ignition makes the mixed gas explode, release heat, burn the burrs of the parts, and will not hurt the parts.

Roll mill to remove burrs.

The parts and the abrasive are put together in the closed drum. During the rotation of the drum, the dynamic torque sensor, the parts and the abrasive produce grinding together to remove burrs.

Abrasives can be made of quartz sand, wood chips, alumina, ceramic and metal rings, etc.

Deburring by hand.

This method is more traditional and the most time-consuming and laborious.

It is mainly polished by manual steel file, sandpaper and grinding tools.

Now the most commonly used in production is the trimming knife.

Deburring is more complex and costly in milling parts, as multiple burrs can be formed by milling different positions at different sizes.

It is very important to select the correct process parameters to minimize the burr size.
