Aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg is produced according to the standards of UNSA13600 and DIN3.2381. It is a typical casting alloy. It is mainly used for manufacturing thin-walled complex structures with high strength and excellent dynamic properties.

Chemical composition of AlSi10Mg (wt%): silicon 9.0-11.0; Zinc 0.10max; 55max; 05max for nickel; 45MAX; 15 max for titanium; Magnesium 0.2-0.45; The rest is aluminum.

Characteristics of AlSi10Mg powder: high sphericity, smooth surface, few satellite balls, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution, good fluidity, high bulk density and tap density.

AlSi10Mg applicable process: powder can be used in laser / electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM / EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), spraying and other processes.
