An important feature of the alloy is that it does not produce stress corrosion crack and has good cutting performance.
Monel 400 can be called NiCu400, UNS N04400, W.Nr.2.4360 or NAS NW400. Monel 400 powder is widely used in thermal spraying and metal filter material manufacturing.
Monel 400 is mainly used in the fields of chemistry, petrochemical industry and marine development. It can be used to manufacture all kinds of heat exchange equipment, boiler feed water heater, petroleum and chemical pipeline, vessel, tower, tank, valve, pump, reactor, shaft, etc.

Monel 400 welding: It is recommended to use AWS a5.14 welding wire ernicu-7 or AWS a5.11 welding rod enicrcu-7 for MONEL400 alloy welding.
