The fifth method is to identify the appearance and luster of finished products after baking.

Good powder products have fine, full, transparent and three-dimensional appearance, and can maintain relative luster for a long time. Poor powder products have dull and rigid appearance, foggy and opaque surface, and poor three-dimensional feeling.

The sixth method is adhesion and aging identification.

The seventh is the high temperature identification method.

Adjust the temperature to 220-230 ℃ and keep it for 10-15 minutes. The good powder has better temperature and weather resistance. After high temperature baking, the color change is small and the luster changes little.
