Three ways to improve the wear of tungsten carbide die tools parts

       Quality control of tungsten carbide die tools mixture production: The mixture production process is mainly composed of three operation processes: batching, wet grinding and spray drying. The so-called quality control of mixed material production is to control several key parameters of these three operating processes. The control of the internal material quality of cemented carbide is mainly to control the total carbon, grain size and internal structure of the alloy. The external quality control of cemented carbide is mainly embodied in the control of the process performance of the mixture, that is, the control of the fluidity and bulk density of the material. At present, the focus of control is the batching and mixing and grinding process; the focus of quality control of the latter is spray drying.
 
First of all, the requirements for working fluid
 
At present, the aqueous solution used in tungsten carbide die tools parts is used as the working fluid for CNC high-speed wire-cut tungsten carbide conductive blocks. The conventional configuration is 1..10, and the processed aluminum is 3.8. In order to keep the working fluid clean and make it work effectively, the used sponge can avoid flowing into the water tank, keep the working fluid unblocked, reduce adhesion, and replace the sponge regularly.
 
2. Reasonable configuration of pulse electric parameters
 
In the CNC high-speed wire cutting of tungsten carbide conductive blocks, larger alumina or alumina particles are prone to be generated when the pulse width is wide, and larger particles are generated when the pulse interval is small. However, the wire electrode tends to adhere to these larger processing particles, which has a great negative impact on processing. By increasing the no-load voltage value of the pulse current, reducing the pulse width, and increasing the pulse gap, the possibility of electrode wire adhesion can be reduced.
 
Third, operation skills
 
Sponge can be added to the groove at the rear end of the upper wire frame, and the high-speed reciprocating electrode wire is rubbed by the sponge, which reduces the jitter of the electrode wire and ensures the normal power supply of the tungsten carbide conductive block.
