A polyurethane-coating that covers fire resistance, noise protection and thermal insulation， the reactive two-component polyurethane system which is applied by airless spray coating provides all of the mentioned properties.

Flexible usage

The processing of the reactive two-component PUR-system is possible on conventional, mobile reactor and proportioning equipment.

Suitable machine settings allow work independently from ambient temperature. Reactivity and spray pattern can be adjusted also.

In this way large areas and complex surface geometries can be coated very economically.

Fast working PUR spray foam

The several mm thick coating provides also acoustic insulation comparable to sound insulation foam and good thermal insulation.

In addition the coating is few minutes after application fully functioning.
