The outlet end is also wider than traditional nozzles. These two modifications are to increase the size of the air flow pattern and minimize the speed of abrasive loss.
5. Wide throat nozzle (carbide nozzle 5): The wide throat nozzle is equipped with a large outlet and a large divergent outlet hole. When matched with hoses of the same size, they can increase productivity by 15% compared to a smaller throat nozzle. When the wide-throat nozzles also have larger diverging orifices, they can use a lower abrasive use mode at higher pressures to increase the profitability as high as 60%.
For some lattice bridges, the back of the flange, and the type of reduction point inside the pipe, angled nozzles can be effectively used. Many operators spend a lot of time and abrasives to wait for a bounce to complete the job. The use of angled nozzles can always repair quickly as long as the time is less, reducing the overall time.
