Tungsten carbide cemented carbide mold is a kind of tool material with high hardness and wear resistance, which is combined with metal. In order to make the cemented carbide roll ring give full play to its advantages of wear resistance, long life and high efficiency in high-speed wire rolling, attention should be paid to the installation:

1. Coil matching: the warp difference of the same warp should be 0, not more than ±0.05mm.

2. Before installing the roller, keep the roller and cone sleeve at a temperature of 25-30℃, pour hot water into the roller, or run it idly for 20 minutes.

3. The mounting and assembling of the roller on the machine platform should be strictly in accordance with the design process requirements. The rollers are properly matched with the frame rollers and cone sleeves, and should not be too tight or too loose.

4. Before using the computer, check whether the roll ring meets the requirements, and carefully wipe the roll ring and taper sleeve. When using the computer, it is forbidden to hit the roller with a hammer or other hard objects. During the installation process, please do not hit the rolling ring to avoid damage.

Carbide die tools have higher requirements for surface quality. The results show that the rougher the surface, the smaller the friction and the better the anti-stick performance. The machining traces of the cemented carbide mold after grinding are more important. However, in the production of cemented carbide die tools, polishing and polishing techniques are often neglected. It is worth pointing out.

Grinding workload accounts for 1/3 of the total processing workload of cemented carbide die tools. The appearance quality of tungsten steel die tools mainly depends on the grinding process of cemented carbide die tools. As the surface roughness of the mold decreases, the number of grinding of the tungsten steel mold is correspondingly reduced, and the life of the cemented carbide mold is correspondingly increased.

The surface of the carbide mold is not sufficiently polished, and the deepening of the stainless steel plate is prone to adhesion, which will cause serious scratches after the product is deepened. And the scratches of this product need time to polish, unable to achieve the effect. Therefore, the polishing process of cemented carbide die tools must be polished. The surface processing precision of the cemented carbide mold is high, the product scratches are less, and the mold repair life is greatly increased. In recent years, many new polishing processes and tools have appeared in China, such as ultrasonic, electrolytic polishing, abrasive spraying, extrusion, fixed grinding and so on.
