1. Dry the furnace body. Cool down to about 110 degrees for drainage treatment, and open the air valve. After the water is discharged, the metal surface can be naturally dried by the waste heat of the boiler, and all connected valves can be closed.
2. Nitrogen filling. After the boiler water is drained, nitrogen gas with a purity greater than 99% is charged into the boiler. Nitrogen is a protective gas. High-purity nitrogen prevents some objects from being oxidized by oxygen when exposed to air. So it is used for boiler maintenance.
