       Spraying technology (introduction to thermal spraying process flow)

In thermal spraying, in general, the combination of the coating and the substrate is still dominated by mechanical bonding.
2. Physical bond: mainly refers to the bond formed by the secondary valence bond force between the particle and the surface of the substrate.
3. Metallurgical-chemical combination: This combination is a combination of metallurgical reactions between the coating and the surface of the substrate.
