When supersonic spraying tungsten carbide coating, the flame flow (1100 m/s) speed, the impact energy of sprayed particles is large, the powder oxidation burning loss is small, and the coating with high density, high bonding strength and excellent comprehensive performance can be obtained. Bonding strength: ≥70MPa; porosity: ≤5%; coating thickness: 0.1-0.3mm; roughness of unprocessed surface of tungsten carbide coating: Ra3.2-6.3
