Export Declaration

We can help to do declaration,customs clearance along with providing all kinds of documents required for customs clearance.Clients only need to provide the commodity, quantity, specifications, gross and net weight, cargo value, destination port and other information.If the cargo belongs to category of legal inspection or other identified by Quarantine Inspection Bureau it must be declared with Inspection of Attorney .

Import

Imported goods at the time of inspection should generally provide foreign trade contracts,foreign invoices, bills of lading, packing list, import cargo arrival notice (also known as "single flow of goods") and other relevant documents.

Export

Exports cargo during inspection, foreign trade contracts should normally be provided (or sales confirmation and correspondence), a copy or duplicate of the letter of credit,provided the original if necessary.If contract has a supplementary agreement that should be provided;Contract and letter of credit has changed should be provide amendment letter or correspondence.To settle by take accounting since set long term trade contract,foreign trade import and export companies should send the duplicate of contract to commodity inspection authorities once a year.When applying for inspection, only to fill out the contract number in the application form, do not post a copy of the contract attached to each batch. Where the risk or the scope of the statutory inspection of goods, exports of goods packaging performance inspection of documents in the application quality, specifications, quantity, weight, safety, health inspection, the inspection agency must submit a signed, the commodity inspection authorities by virtue of accepting the above inspection procedures.
