Description

Non-magnetic tungsten carbide, means the carbide no magnetic or weak magnetic. The production of magnetic materials forming mold requires use of non-magnetic materials, in the past have been use non-magnetic steel, the mould performance poor hardness and service life is short, Now ,we use the non-magnetic cemented carbide, replace the non- magnetic steel.
This balls are comprise of tungsten carbide (WC) + Ni-Cr-Mo 9%+ Ti 8% in high temperature sintering. With high hardness, better wear-resistant, high-temperature corrosion -resistant and maching properties of high working accuracy.high finish etc. Widely supplied ball-rolling element in bearing industry, pump valve spool for fluid seal, check valve for pretroleum digger etc.also used in high-tech area in army and civil.
