Diamond is NOT REQUIRED !
Take an mark with a felt pin every other tooth that drags outward. Then also mark the other side of every tooth that drags outward.
Then take your grinding wheel rest and angle it to the angle of the tooth putting the tooth downward. Come into the wheel slowly and grind a nice smooth finish onto the saw teeth you have marked.
Turn it over and do the other side same way.
I have a machine shop and sharpen saws by hand for years for people. You can too. That carbide on a saw blade is "soft carbide" and it can be ground with an ordinary wheel.
The very very hard carbides on some cutting tools for machining require the usage of diamond wheels, but not a saw blade.
Try one and you will be pleasantly surprised how well it will cut again.
A descent 10" table saw blade costs about $40 and you can sharpen one of those with 60 teeth in less than 30 minutes once you get the hang of it.
