3. Due to the quality error of the hammerhead during casting, the hammerhead should be inverted and turned on time according to the current situation during the use of the hammerhead, so that the hammerhead wears evenly and the rotor runs in balance;



4. It is better to weigh when replacing a new hammer head, and divide it into several groups according to the quality. The quality requirements of each group are equal, otherwise the unbalanced rotor will easily cause vibration when starting up;



5. When stopping, check the gap between the hammer head and the screen bar, and between the screen bar and the screen bar, adjust if necessary, and replace the screen bar regularly. Because the cost of the hammer head is higher than that of the screen bar, the new screen bar can use 4 to 5 more shifts compared with the old screen bar;



6. The hammer frame of the hammer crusher is made of cast steel and has less contact with materials. However, when metal objects enter the crusher or the lining plate falls off, it is easy to cause damage or bending of the middle hammer disc. In this case, it must be replaced in time. Otherwise, it is easy to lose the hammer head and cause vibration;



7. Due to the impact of materials between the side hammer plate of the hammer frame and the side plate of the casing, the side hammer plate wears more seriously. In order to prolong the service life of the side plate, it can be welded on the circumference of the side plate and the side close to the side plate. Wear-resistant layer;



8. Due to friction during operation, the shaft diameters at both ends of the main shaft are easy to wear. When installing, add two bushings to the shaft diameter to protect the shaft diameter.



9. The bearing should be repaired and trimmed in time after the bearing is worn. Generally, the bearing bush should be scraped according to the new size after the bearing is worn, and the thickness of the gasket should be adjusted to maintain a reasonable gap in order to form an effective lubricant film;



10. The power and speed of the rotor is not only directly related to the production capacity of the crusher, but also related to the impact hardening degree of the hammer. To extend the service life of the crusher's wear-resistant hammer, it is necessary to distinguish the material of the hammer. For hammers made of manganese steel, it is necessary to ensure that they have enough impact, while for small high-chromium hammers, the opposite is true, and it must be controlled not to have excessive impact;




11. It is necessary to clean up the accumulated material in the crusher regularly. Because of the accumulated material, the wear-resistant hammer head of the crusher will suffer severe friction and wear and reduce the service life sharply.
