During remelting, the nozzle can simultaneously send an annular protective gas flow to the molten pool, using pure Ar as the protective gas. Co-based coating preparation adopts synchronous powder feeding method to directly perform laser cladding on the surface of the bottom layer. The cladding equipment also uses Laserline 6000W fiber-coupled output semiconductor lasers. Finally, a laser cladding composite coating with a three-layer gradient structure will be obtained. The equipment is shown in Figure 1:
