WC10Co4Cr powder is a kind of thermal
spraying material which is agglomerated and sintered with WC as hard phase and
CO as binder phase. WC Co can resist abrasive wear, erosion wear and fretting
wear. The addition of Cr improves the corrosion resistance of the material.
Therefore, WC10Co4Cr is especially suitable for the industry application which
requires high wear resistance and corrosion resistance coating. WC10Co4Cr is
another important wear-resistant spraying material after WC12Co. Compared with
WC12Co powder, WC10Co4Cr coating has not only wear resistance but also
corrosion resistance.
