At present, titanium reactors on the market can be divided into three categories: pure titanium reactors, composite titanium reactors, and titanium-lined reactors, which are used in different process environments. Among them, the composite titanium reactor is more widely used because of its superior performance and lower price than pure titanium reactor.



 



One: Related knowledge



 



Stirring method of titanium reactor: adopts a strong magnetic cylindrical rotary coupling structure, the stirring speed is 01000r/min, and the stirring capacity can be adjusted according to the needs of users.



 



Titanium reaction kettle material: The titanium reaction kettle is mainly made of composite titanium materials, which can be lined for special requirements to improve the material's anti-corrosion ability.



 



Titanium reactor heating method: electric heating method is adopted. Titanium reactor can also provide electric heating type, liquid heating type, electric and liquid heating type according to customer needs.



 



Titanium reactor machinery and connection structure: the connection structure adopts bolt-type structure or quick-opening snap ring connection, at the same time the kettle cover can be lifted, and the kettle body can be dumped or discharged.



 



Two: maintenance knowledge



 



When it comes to the maintenance of the titanium reactor, the following points should be noted:



 



1 First of all, always pay attention to the working conditions of the entire equipment and reducer; 2 The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months;



 



3 The lubricating oil of the reducer should be replenished immediately;



 



4 The safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, etc. on the jacket and pot cover should be checked regularly: if there is a fault, it should be replaced or repaired immediately. 5 The equipment must be used when not in use. Warm water is used to clean the inner and outer walls of the container thoroughly, and the pot body is often scrubbed to keep the outer surface clean and the inner liner bright, so as to achieve the purpose of durability.



 



The matters needing attention when using titanium reactor are as follows:



 



1 The refrigerant inlet valve must be closed before use;



 



2 Turn on the agitator, input the material, and then turn on the steam valve and electric heating power; 3 After reaching the required temperature, turn off the steam valve and electric heating power, and then turn off the agitator after 2 to 3 minutes; 4 After processing, After draining the remaining condensed water in the pot and jacket of the titanium reactor, it should be rinsed with warm water as soon as possible, and then the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 40~500C alkaline water to achieve the purpose of durability. The titanium reactor has excellent corrosion resistance to acids, including organic acids, inorganic acids, and acidic materials restored by oxidation. However, hydrofluoric acid is very corrosive to the titanium reactor, and strong phosphoric acid is also very corrosive to the reactor. When the concentration of phosphoric acid reaches 95%, the highest operating temperature is 95 degrees Celsius.



 



Alkali



 



Alkaline materials are more corrosive to the titanium reactor than acid materials. When the concentration increases, the corrosiveness will also increase. Temperature also has an effect on corrosiveness. Every 10 degrees Celsius increase in temperature will double the corrosion rate. Therefore, when using hot alkali, you must be cautious.

Water is also slightly corrosive to the titanium reactor. Under normal conditions, the kettle has strong corrosion resistance to water. In low temperature conditions, water will form condensed water, and the condensed water will synthesize alkaline ions, so that a finely acidic material is formed in the container. In this situation, we usually recommend the use of capless containers to reduce the acid content.
