Practical strategy and maintenance of titanium pot

In our normal use process, due to insufficient protection and maintenance of the pot, the original performance of the pot is greatly affected. First of all, the copper surface of our pots and utensils will be discolored due to the impurity of liquefied gas (natural gas) during the cooking process. It will be difficult to clean after a long time, which will affect the appearance. Then there are very high requirements for our cleaning, and we need to use it once to clean it.

When cleaning the outer surface of the copper, you can put a little detergent on the surface of the pot, then pour a little vinegar on the soft cloth, and then scrub along the pot body (if the color is severely changed several times), rinse with water after cleaning. Clean and dry the body of the pot.

When cleaning the inner titanium surface of the pot, introduce a little detergent into the inside of the pot, and use our special scouring pad to clean it repeatedly (Note: black moisture appears in the pot, it does not matter that it is the hardness of our pot material. High, the scouring pad has a worn-out color) After cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge to pour detergent and clean it once, and then wipe it with a white paper if there is no stain on the white paper, then it will be cleaned.

If you do not use the pot for a long time, wipe off the moisture after cleaning. Keep it in a dry place, it won't change color easily.

Use oil to boil the pot first, the traditional "raising the pot" can increase non-stickiness.

Small and medium fire is better. Compared with traditional cooking, it can save 50% of energy. Note: The flame cannot exceed the compound part of the bottom of the pot.

Suitable for various cooking methods (fried, fried, stewed, stir-fried, braised); it is more in line with Chinese cooking habits.

Easy to clean. Titanium is resistant to various acids and alkalis and can be cleaned with water and various detergents. It's okay if you accidentally burn it dry or burn it yellow. It can be scrubbed with a 3M scouring pad dipped in water, and the oxide film on the titanium surface will heal automatically after grinding.

No need to wipe dry. Titanium never rusts, just rinse with clean water after cleaning to avoid secondary pollution with rags.

Titanium metal has excellent high temperature and low temperature resistance, and it can be directly washed with cold water when the pan is hot.

Precautions for use

Do not dry the pan with an empty pan to avoid unnecessary color changes, deformation of the pan and fire; please use a medium-to-small fire to cook, and the flame should not exceed the bottom of the pan to prevent the fuel from blackening the pan; it is recommended to use a soft spatula such as wood , Avoid sharp utensils to scratch the pot body and affect the appearance; do not use it in induction cookers, microwave ovens, and ovens to avoid accidents.
