Aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg is produced
according to the standards of UNSA13600 and DIN3.2381. It is a typical casting
alloy. It is mainly used for manufacturing thin-walled complex structures with
high strength and excellent dynamic properties.

Chemical
composition of AlSi10Mg (wt%)
: silicon 9.0-11.0;
Zinc 0.10max; 55max; 05max for nickel; 45MAX; 15 max for titanium; Magnesium
0.2-0.45; The rest is aluminum.



Characteristics
of AlSi10Mg powder:
high sphericity, smooth
surface, few satellite balls, low oxygen content, uniform particle size
distribution, good fluidity, high bulk density and tap density.



AlSi10Mg
applicable process:
powder can be used in laser /
electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM / EBM), powder metallurgy (PM),
spraying and other processes.



AlSi10Mg applicable equipment: the powder
can be used for various types of metal 3D printers, including laser melting
equipment of Renishaw in UK, eosint M Series in Germany, concept laser and 3D systems
in USA, as well as selective laser melting equipment developed by domestic
scientific research institutions and enterprises, such as Huashu high tech,
platinum, etc.

widely used in aviation parts and auto parts, profile surface spraying and
powder metallurgy.
