About high temperature curing of Teflon spraying process

High temperature curing is a key process for judging the quality of the Teflon coating in the Teflon spraying process.

The curing depth of the Teflon coating is not enough to make the coating bond strength low, which will cause the coating to crack and fall off. If the curing depth of the coating is too deep, it will cause the coating to age, which will also be easy to crack, fall off and even cause sintering, which will cause shrinkage and corrosion of the mold, and the surface will become very rough and cause the mold to be scrapped. If the curing speed is too fast, the coating surface shrinks prematurely, resulting in a closed-cell structure and high capillary internal pressure, which will eventually cause the coating to rupture. Therefore, the curing temperature of the Teflon coating, the length of the curing time, and the speed of the curing play a decisive role in the quality of the coating.

Teflon primer is baked at 200 , 250 , 300 for 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min with different curing effects. Study the different effects of surface coatings 850 214 360 , 380 , 400 for 20 min 25 min 30 min.

After the mold is baked, the cooling rate also has a certain impact on the service life of the coating. Because the shrinkage of the Teflon coating and the mold base material is different, the slow cooling effect of the mold in the oven together with the oven is better.
