Application of PTFE anti-corrosion technology

Today I want to share with you the technical application of tetrafluoroethylene anti-corrosion, let's take a look:

"Tetrafluoro" is a polymer of tetrafluoroethylene. The English abbreviation is PTFE. Except for molten alkali metals, PTFE is hardly corroded by any chemical agents. For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or even boiled in aqua regia, its weight and performance are unchanged, and it is almost insoluble in all solvents. It is an important material for anti-corrosion technology and has a wide range of applications in the following fields.

Chemical industry: reaction tanks, reaction kettles, storage tanks, heat exchangers, stirring rods, environmental engineering waste water and waste gas treatment equipment, pipe fittings, valves, pumps.

Textile industry: sizing roller, dyeing and finishing roller, non-woven fabric roller.

Electronics industry: acid-resistant and fire-proof flue gas ducts for semiconductor factories, printed circuit boards, electroplating racks.

Food industry: baking utensils, bakeware, molds, various food processing machinery and parts.

Electronic plating industry: anti-corrosion (hangers, fixtures for printed circuit boards, etc.) semiconductor industry-anti-corrosion, flame retardant (acid exhaust duct and its parts). Products can be made according to the different needs of die casting customers.
