atomized nickel powder is widely used in special welding rod, surface spraying

Electrolytic nickel powder: the enriched
sulfide ore is roasted to oxide, reduced to coarse nickel with carbon, and then
electrolyzed to pure nickel. Ni
≥99.99% Melting point 1453 ℃. Pine ratio: 1.40 ~ 1.68 g / cm3

Application of electrolytic nickel powder:
electrolytic nickel powder is mainly used in atomic energy industry, diamond,
high-energy battery materials, alkaline batteries, electrical alloys,
high-temperature high-strength alloys, catalysts and powder metallurgy
additives.



Micron grade high-purity ultra-fine nickel
powder: after the formation of nickel sulfide ore and carbon monoxide, it is
decomposed after heating to obtain high purity nickel. Ni
99.999 Pine ratio: 1.3-1.8g/cm3.

Application: widely used in nickel cadmium,
nickel hydrogen batteries, filters, binders for high density and high melting
point materials, powder metallurgy additives, precision alloys, special steel,
stainless steel welding rods, petrochemical catalysts and new compounds,
getters for electron picture tubes, high frequency or ultra high frequency
magnetic materials, etc.

Introduction of nickel powder for diamond
tools (metal matrix alloy powder): metal bond is one of the key factors to
determine the quality of diamond saw blade, cutter head, grinding wheel,
thin-wall drill and other products. After the diamond is determined, the
quality of metal bond becomes the decisive factor. Cobalt powder and nickel
powder can be used as the main binder, but the price of cobalt powder is
higher.



In diamond tools, matrix refers to the
metal sintered body that encapsulates diamond. The function of matrix is to
hold the diamond and make it cut without falling off too early. The matrix is
generally composed of a variety of metal elements, mainly using low melting
point metal powder as binder, such as nickel powder.



Nickel powder is mostly used as matrix
bonding material of diamond thin-wall bits and cutting chips used in
construction industry, mining diamond bits and cemented carbide bits used in
oil and gas industry; Most of the tools used in metal material processing,
automobile and motorcycle mechanical grinding are diamond abrasives, and the
