Product Name is Fe102 iron base alloy powder. Iron
based self soluble alloy is made by adding a certain amount of boron and
silicon into iron-carbon alloy. It is usually used in mechanical parts with
wear resistance and weak acid corrosion resistance under normal temperature of
500 ℃. Although the comprehensive performance of iron-based self soluble alloy
is not as good as that of nickel based and cobalt based alloy, its wide source

Please weld in strict accordance with the requirements of oxygen acetylene
flame spray welding process.

If the alloy powder has moisture absorption, it should be dried (120 ℃ for 1
hour) before use.
