Artificial Spraying, Reciprocating Spraying and Intelligent Spraying

       

Today we introduce three spray methods:
manual spray, reciprocating spray and intelligent spray. The first one is
manual spraying. Manual spraying is a traditional and backward painting method,
which is mainly carried out by workers holding a spray gun. This kind of pure
manual spraying is suitable for simple or complex workpiece spraying, because
the manual spraying method is flexible. However, this kind of spraying method
and workers have higher requirements for spraying technology, and the spraying
workers are very easy to suffer from upper respiratory tract, lung cancer and
other occupational diseases, which easily leads to inertia. The requirements
for managers are high, the labor cost is high, and the spraying output is
small, and the spraying quality cannot be guaranteed to be unified.

Second: Reciprocating spraying.
Reciprocating spraying machine is a representative coating equipment in
automatic spraying mode. Reciprocating spraying machine belongs to non-standard
customized equipment, which is mainly customized according to the needs of
customers. Reciprocating spraying machine for simple structure of the workpiece
spraying speed is very fast, but for some more complex workpieces or parts
still need manual spraying, so the scope of application of reciprocating
spraying machine is small, mainly used in small volume and simple shape of the
workpiece spraying. But even so, compared with manual spraying, reciprocating
spraying machine still has the advantages of fast painting speed, stable
painting quality and saving painting cost.

Third: intelligent spraying. The
intelligent coating equipment is the spraying robot, which can complete the
intelligent coating of complex workpieces. Spraying robot is mainly used in
automobile spraying. For very complex workpieces, spraying robot can also spray
well, and spraying robot can also carry out offline programming. However, due
to the slow development of domestic spraying robot technology, slow motion
trajectory flexibility, the need for automated technical personnel for
programming, teaching, large investment in the early stage, and harsh
maintenance of spraying machines in the later stage, spraying robots are not
widely used in the domestic painting industry, At present, reciprocating
spraying machine and automatic spraying line are widely used in China.
