produce powder. The sprayed surface will accelerate pulverization and aging
after half a year.



The second method is spray area
identification method.



The resin content of powder with normal
spraying area shall be about 55-65%, and the resin shall be about 20 yuan / kg.



Comparison method: two identical powders
are sprayed with the same product, depending on the area of the powder sprayed
product, the one with less spraying area is poor, and the use cost is high. For
manufacturers, the spraying area is small and the use cost is high. It is
recommended to use genuine powder from the manufacturer.



The third method is spray identification.



The powder with good powder loading rate
and efficiency is easy to spray. The substrate can be covered by spraying 1-3
guns. There is less secondary recovery powder and high efficiency. Poor powder
is not good for powder application. The substrate can be covered only by
spraying 3-5 guns. There are many secondary recovery powders and low
efficiency. Operators can determine the amount of powder falling by spraying
the powder rate. Less products are produced at the same time, more secondary
recovery powder, increasing the burden of operators and low efficiency.



The fourth method is baking recognition.



Good powder does not produce a lot of smoke
during baking. Poor powder produces a lot of smoke during baking.



The fifth method is to identify the
appearance and luster of finished products after baking.



Good powder products have fine, full, transparent
and three-dimensional appearance, and can maintain relative luster for a long
time. Poor powder products have dull and rigid appearance, foggy and opaque
surface, and poor three-dimensional feeling.



The sixth method is adhesion and aging
identification.



Good powder has strong adhesion and
toughness, and can keep it from pulverization and aging for several years. Poor
adhesion and aging begin in a short time after poor powder spraying, and the
product is easy to age, pulverize, rust, etc



The seventh is the high temperature
identification method.



Adjust the temperature to 220-230 ℃ and
keep it for 10-15 minutes. The good powder has better temperature and weather
resistance. After high temperature baking, the color change is small and the
luster changes little. Poor powder, poor temperature and weather resistance,
serious discoloration and dull luster after high temperature baking.
