Air spraying technology air
spraying is a finishing method that uses the principle of compressed air to
spray through the air nozzle of the spray gun, forms a conical vacuum negative
pressure zone in front of the nozzle, and sucks out and atomizes the coating
under the action of air flow, so as to form a complete coating. This air
spraying method has a long history, and now it has developed into a variety of
spraying operation methods. 1. Traditional air spraying technology: This
spraying operation requires an air supply pressure of 0.3-0.6mpa. The
atomization pressure is 0.25MPa. This high atomization pressure has good
atomization effect on the coating, good coating quality, low equipment cost,
simple and convenient operation, and has a wide range of adaptability to the
coating and coating objects.

High Pressure Airless Spraying
Technology, that is, high flow and low pressure spraying technology, which can
reduce the rebound and overspray of coating by reducing the atomization
pressure of spray gun, so as to improve the low transmission efficiency of
ordinary air spraying. The power source is not the pressure of compressed air,
but the flow, and the pressure is only 0.2MPa, and the atomization pressure at
the hood is less than 0.07MPa. Therefore, the spraying speed is greatly
reduced, reducing the rebound and waste of coating, so the transmission
efficiency can reach more than 65%. However, it also has its defects, because
its HVLP atomization pressure is low, it can only be suitable for coatings with
low viscosity, and the production efficiency is relatively low.
