High pressure airless spraying technology,
high pressure airless spraying technology, uses high pressure pump to apply
7.5-30Mpa high pressure to the coating, so that it can spew through the olive
type nozzle. Then it will crack into a very fine spray. At the same time, the
paint speed will drop to about 1.2/s. This pressure difference will make the
paint atomized into fine particles to spray onto the furniture surface, forming
a uniform fine film. This kind of technology is especially suitable for coatings
with high viscosity or high solid mass, with high production efficiency and
less environmental pollution. However, because of its general atomization
effect, the paint output can only be controlled by the nozzle, which is
difficult to adjust at will, and the coating flow is large, so it is not
suitable for coating small-area workpieces or thin-layer coatings.
