NiCrAl is a nickel-based alloy powder with good high-temperature performance. As a transition layer of ceramic powder, it can also be used as a high-temperature anti-oxidation coating as long as it is used to replace Ni/Al (inexpensive). Plasma and flame can be used for spraying, and supersonic spraying can use -320 mesh fine powder.
Powder chemical composition (Wt%)
Cr 16-22
Al 3-7
Fe <1
Ni balance
Powder melting temperature; 1300-1400℃
Fluidity: <40sec/50g
Note: 1. Plasma spraying can choose -150/+300 mesh powder.
2. Supersonic spraying can choose -320/+500 mesh fine powder.
3. If it gets damp, dry it in an oven at 120℃ for 1 hour
