cladding peeling? Reasons for peeling of cladding layer 1. Insufficient surface
preparation (surface oxidation or contamination) 2. Too low preheating
temperature 3. Incorrect parameters / too low welding current, resulting in
poor bonding. The solution is 1. Thoroughly clean the surface and carry out
good sand blasting treatment. 2. Increase the preheating temperature. 3.
Increase the current.



Causes and solutions of cracks? The reason
for the crack is 1. The dilution is too high due to excessive overheating /
welding current 2. Cooling is too fast 3. Critical substrate. The solution is
to reduce the welding current; Reduce the cooling rate, slow cooling /
controlled cooling; Use a buffer layer.



Causes and solutions of porosity? The
reasons for porosity are 1. Insufficient surface preparation 2. Incorrect
parameters (welding current, uphill welding and downhill welding) 3. Humidity
due to poor sealing and other reasons. The solution is to thoroughly clean the
surface and carry out good sand blasting; Adjust parameters; Replace seals;
Flush the equipment with argon.



Causes and solutions of blockage? 1. The
particle size is inappropriate. 2. There are non spherical particles in the
used powder. The solution is to reduce the content of fine powder; Replace the
powder.
