In the production process of battery materials, there must be no contact with iron components. Many companies have conical barrels and conical spiral mixers, two of which are made of stainless steel, but the battery powder will continue to be mixed during the mixing process. After working for a long time, both the cylinder and the spiral blade will be greatly worn. The stainless steel impurities that have been worn down are mixed in the battery powder. The iron content in the stainless steel is up to 70%, which is very serious for the formation of battery powder. Pollution.

In the past, equipment generally used Teflon coating, which had short life and poor high temperature resistance, and required regular maintenance. Our company uses tungsten carbide coating to solve such problems. The whole machine, parts (paddles, tank body, discharge port) and the material contact parts are all treated with integral tungsten carbide spraying, which has high bonding strength and will not fall off.

Tungsten carbide coating is sprayed on the metal surface to isolate the contact between the positive electrode material and the metal surface and reduce the metal impurity content of the positive electrode material.

The overall spraying treatment is carried out for the double-cone spiral mixer (screw, tank body) to solve the introduction of elemental impurities such as sodium borosilicate and sodium borosilicate into the cathode material of the glass fiber reinforced plastic coating in the past.

After processing the stirring blade of the battery mixing equipment, the introduction of impurities from the stainless steel wear agent is reduced, and the self-discharge ratio of the battery is greatly reduced.
