Shaft sleeves are relatively simple rotating shaft parts. According to different working conditions and technical requirements, it is easy to choose suitable ceramic or cermet coating materials with excellent wear and corrosion resistance for spraying.



Supersonic flame spraying, plasma spraying, explosive spraying, wire arc spraying and powder flame spraying can all be used, and the materials and processes are widely applicable. Flame spray welding, induction remelting process spray welding, and nickel-based self-fluxing alloy welding layer can also be used. Using the thermal spraying process, a high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pre-protective coating can be prepared on the surface of the new shaft sleeve, which is beneficial to the repair of the old parts. It can increase the service life by more than 3 to 5 times, and is an effective surface strengthening technology for basic parts.
