Heat resistant fresh water coating. This kind of water system is not drinking water, the water temperature is 52~204 oC, and the pH value is 5~10.

Saltwater corrosion resistant coating. This coating can be fully or partially immersed in still or moving saline or seawater.

Coatings used in the chemical and food industries. This coating is resistant to chemical effects such as oils, fuels and solvents, and is resistant to corrosion in a variety of foods, but does not alter the chemical composition or taste of the food.

The above two corrosion-resistant coatings can be prepared by arc spraying; (including high-speed arc spraying) or flame spraying of zinc or aluminum.

Chemical resistant coating

This type of coating can withstand the corrosion of various acids, bases, salt solutions, vapors and solids. Such coatings are mainly various iron-based, nickel-based and diamond-based alloys, self-fluxing alloys, non-ferrous metals, oxide ceramics, cermets such as chromium carbide and tungsten carbide. Since the thermal spray coating has a certain porosity, various coatings must be filled and sealed. The sealant itself must also be resistant to corrosion by chemical media.
