3: The easy-to-wear and vulnerable parts of the equipment:

The surface of the ribbon is sprayed with KN1300 tungsten carbide coating with a bonding strength of more than 700 kg, which is the super-hard wear-resistant coating second only to diamond. The workpiece temperature during the coating production does not exceed 150 degrees without any deformation of the workpiece, and the coating hardness reaches above HRC70. It is mainly suitable for particle wear conditions. At present, sprayed tungsten carbide coatings have been widely used in the lithium battery industry to prevent metal ions from entering the powder. Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings can be selected according to different use environments.

KN1300 adopts JP8000 supersonic flame spraying, the impact energy of sprayed particles is large, the powder oxidation burning loss is small, and a coating with high density and excellent comprehensive performance can be obtained. Double the service life.
