2. The grinder can be used in the area where the altitude is not more than 1000 meters, the relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 90%, and the best ambient humidity is not more than +40`C, not lower than -15`C.



3. Grinders are not chemically resistant and must not be exposed to outdoor rain or snow.

Three, grinding machine safety precautions



1. The insulation resistance of the grinding machine must be measured with a 500V megohmmeter before use, and its value is not less than 1 megohm.



2. The protective grounding of the shell of the grinding machine must be good to ensure personal safety in the event of a leakage fault. The protective grounding must be connected to a special grounding screw.



3. If there are random accessories, they must be installed before use. See the list for random accessories.



4. Adjust the workpiece carrier frequently so that the distance between the workpiece carrier and the grinding wheel is always kept within 2 mm.



5. Always adjust the adjustable guard plate of the protective cover so that the distance between the adjustable guard plate and the grinding wheel is always kept within 1.6 mm.



6. Before use, check whether the parts are loose, damaged or cracked during transportation. Special attention should be paid to the grinding wheel must be free of damage or cracks. When hitting the grinding wheel, the sound should be clear and crisp, and it is strictly forbidden to use damaged or dull grinding wheels.



7. The operator should wear protective glasses to prevent splashes from hurting the eyes, and the clothing should not be too loose. Female workers with long hair should wear hard hats.



8. The switch cannot be operated with wet hands.



9. The rotation direction of the grinding machine should be the same as the indicated direction, otherwise the grinding wheel will loose and fly out.



10. If the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the switch should be turned off to prevent the power supply from recovering. Danger due to grinder moving on its own.



11. When replacing the grinding wheel, pay attention to the safety line speed of the grinding wheel indicated on the nameplate. It is strictly forbidden to install and use the grinding wheel that is less than the safety line speed required by the nameplate.



12. When the grinding machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the protective cover of the grinding machine, the workpiece bracket and the adjustable guard plate to ensure safety.



13. The grinding wheel larger than the original diameter cannot be exchanged at will, and the grinding wheel cannot be used for polishing after installing the throwing wheel, so as to avoid the overheating and burning of the grinding wheel.



Use of grinding wheels



1. Before use, you must understand and complete the requirements in "Safety Precautions for Grinders".



2. Before use, check whether the grinding wheel rotates flexibly, and there should be no sticking and rubbing.



Grinders with a diameter of 3.200 mm and above can only be used after correcting the outer circle of the grinding wheel to reduce vibration.



4. After turning on the power switch, please do not grind immediately. You need to wait for 5-15 seconds. After the grinding wheel rotates normally, you can start grinding. The larger the diameter of the grinding wheel, the longer the waiting time. Longer waiting time than a three-phase grinder.



5. When the grinding machine is grinding, it is not allowed to collide the workpiece with the grinding wheel, and pressure must be gradually applied to prevent the grinding wheel from impacting and prevent the grinding wheel from bursting and flying out.



6. When the grinder is running, its sound should always be normal. If there is a scream, hum or other noise, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause, and it can be used only after trying to eliminate it.



7. When the grinding machine is running, the shell has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon.



8. Please pay attention to the working system of the grinder. If it is S2, it means that the grinder is used for a short time of 30 minutes, otherwise the grinder will be overheated or even burned. If you need to work for a long time, please choose a heavy-duty grinder with higher power. .
