The motor does not turn (there is an electromagnetic sound)

The grinding wheel is brittle or wears out too quickly

Causes: 1. The type of grinding wheel is incorrect; 2. The grinding wheel is expired or of poor quality; 3. The bearing is damaged; 4. The installation is incorrect

Elimination methods: 1. Replace the grinding wheel corresponding to the type; 2. Replace the qualified grinding wheel; 3. Replace the bearing; 4. Correct installation

abnormal sound

Causes: 1. Serious bearing wear; 2. Incorrect installation of grinding wheel; 3. Correct phase operation; 4. Winding failure

Remedy: 1. Replace the bearing; 2. Install the grinding wheel correctly; 3. Check and repair the power supply; 4. Check and repair the winding

winding burnt

Causes: 1. Stator and rotor scavenging; 2. Three-phase motor running with out-of-phase; 3. Single-phase motor mistakenly connected to 380V power supply
