The role of thermal spray technology

       Thermal spraying technology is an important branch in surface engineering. It heats a certain wire and powder material to a molten or semi-melted state through a heat source such as flame, arc or plasma, and accelerates the formed droplet at a high speed. Spray onto the substrate to form a coating. The application of thermal spray technology mainly includes four aspects: long-term anti-corrosion, mechanical repair and advanced manufacturing technology, mold making and repair, and manufacturing of special functional coatings. At present, thermal spraying technology has been used in almost industrial fields and household products (such as non-stick pans, infrared health care electric heaters, etc.).
