1.3.1 Powder for thermal spraying



Pure metal powder: W, Mo, Al, Cu, Ni, Ti, Ta, Nb, etc.



Alloy powder: Al-Ni, Ni-Cr, Ti-Ni, Ni-Cr-Al, Co-Cr-W, MCrAlY (M=Co, Ni, Fe), Co-based, Ni-based, Fe-based self-fluxing alloys, etc. .



Oxide ceramic powder: Al2O3, ZrO2, Cr2O3, TiO2, etc.



Carbide powder: WC, TiC, Cr3C2, etc.



Cermet powder: WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr, etc.



Plastic powder: nylon, polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide, etc.

Al, Cu, Zn, Al-Zn alloy, Babbitt alloy, stainless steel, Ni-Al wire, etc.

1.4 Thermal spraying process flow



The thermal spraying process is as follows:



Workpiece surface pretreatment → Workpiece preheating → Spraying → Coating post-treatment
