Thermal spraying technology is a method of heating the spraying material to a molten or semi-melting state by plasma spraying, spraying at a certain speed and depositing it on the pretreated substrate surface to form a coating, giving the substrate surface special functions.

1. Combustion method: flame spraying takes the oxyacetylene combustion flame as the heat source, and the spraying material is a line thermal spraying method, referred to as gas spraying.

2. Electric heating method: The electric heating method is to generate a strong and lasting discharge arc in the gas medium between the two electrodes, thereby generating a high temperature as a heat source, and a thermal spraying method using the spraying material as a line.

Plasma spraying and explosive spraying techniques are applied to the surfaces of plungers and piston rods in various hydraulic cylinders, reciprocating pumps.

The outstanding features are:

1. The ceramic coating and the steel matrix form a composite structure, which effectively utilizes the advantages of thermal spraying, with high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

2. Low friction coefficient, low energy consumption, reduce friction energy consumption;

3. Small wear on sealing packing or paired parts, reducing maintenance;

4. The service life is 3 to 6 times longer than that of chrome-plated parts, which is an environmentally friendly coating technology.

Application: The thermal spraying technology is widely used in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, food, electric power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, water treatment, water conservancy, military and other fields.
