       Baking paint: Generally, it means that the paint will only dry when heated. There are two kinds: powder baking paint and liquid baking paint. The difference is that the raw material of the former is solid powder, and the temperature is about 200 degrees. Recycling and reuse are less wasteful, and the adhesion is strong. The latter is liquid, and the temperature is around 150 degrees. The supersprayed paint in spraying is not recyclable, and the adhesion is slightly inferior.

Spray paint: generally refers to liquid spraying. There are two kinds of processes: liquid baking paint and self-drying spray paint. Self-drying means that it can be cured naturally at room temperature after spraying. The cost is lower, but the effect is incomparable to baking paint.

Spray plastic: it is another kind of surface treatment of raw materials, the difference from the former is: its material is pe or pvc material. What they have in common is that the sprayed object must be cleaned before spraying!

Application: Generally speaking, baking paint, spray paint and plastic spray have their own advantages and disadvantages. Baking paint and spray paint: the color effect will be better, the thickness of the paint film is relatively thin, suitable for some precision products, and the cost is higher; spray: Wear resistance and corrosion resistance are relatively good, the paint film is relatively thick, suitable for relatively thick products such as cabinets and equipment, the cost is low, and the plastic powder can be recycled. Baking paint is relatively better than spray paint, and its leveling, adhesion, and recyclability of paint powder are better than spray paint!
