2. Technical features



(1) The temperature of the surface of the cold sprayed substrate is lower than 150°C, which will not cause the substrate to generate internal stress, without deformation and phase change.



(2) The coating has no thermal stress and can be sprayed with thick coatings up to 10 mm thick.



(3) The bonding strength of the coating is high, 30-100MPa; the cohesion is large, 30-100MPa.



(4) The coating is dense, with low porosity (<5%); high thermal conductivity (above 90%).



(5) The coating has good uniformity and high surface finish, Rz20~40.



(6) The particle flow section sprayed by cold spraying is small and narrow, and has good orientation, which can spray local surfaces.



(7) One equipment can spray a variety of powder materials (aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, tin and babbitt alloy, etc.), and can prepare a variety of functional coatings (wear resistance, corrosion resistance, friction reduction, heat-resistant, hermetic, conductive, anti-stick, etc.).



(8) It can be sprayed on any metal products, and can also be sprayed on ceramic, glass and cement surfaces.



(9) Cold spraying has no high temperature, no dangerous gas and radiation, and is harmless to the environment.



(10) The device has a compact structure and is easy to carry. It can be used in fixed situations or in field conditions.
